M.A Pharmacy started as a single chemist shop in Connaught Place, serving the families who lived on the same street. Two more branches followed. The counter habits did not change.
Going online was a delivery decision, not a different business. The same pharmacist who would have handed you the strip across the counter still reads the prescription before it is packed.

How an order is handled
Four checks between the prescription and your door
Nothing is picked, packed or shipped until each check passes. The same sequence runs for a ₹40 strip and a cold-chain insulin order.
Verify
A pharmacist reads every prescription before the order is accepted. Anything unclear goes back to the prescriber, not into a parcel.
Source
Stock comes only from manufacturer-authorised distributors. We do not buy on the secondary market, which is where counterfeit strips get in.
Store
Insulin and vaccines sit in a monitored 2 to 8 °C unit with a logged temperature trail. Everything else follows its label.
Dispense
Batch number and expiry are scanned in at pack time, so what you receive traces back to the consignment it arrived in.
